Know all men by these presents that we Barbara Griner Jacob Hayge & Jacob Myer - - all of the County of Lancaster & province of Pensilva are held & firmly bound unto Peter Evans Esq. Register General for the probate of Wills & Granting Letters of Administration in and for the Said province & the Countys of New Castle Kent & Sussex on Delaware in the Sum of three Hundred pounds Lawful money of the Said province To be paid to the Said Peter Evans or his Lawful Attorney Executors Administrators or Assigns to which payment well and truly to be made we bind our Selves our heirs Executors & Administrators Joyntly & Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals & Dated this - - Thirtieth day of November in the year of our Lord 1742.

The Condition of the Above Obligation is Such that if the Above Bound Barbara Griner Administratrix of all & Singular the Goods Rights & Credits of Martin Griner - Deceased Do make or Cause to be made a true & perfect Inventory of all & Singular the Goods Rights & Credits of the Said Deceased which have or Shal come to the Hands possession or knowledge of the Said Barbara Griner or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for her And the Same So made Do Exhibit or Cause to be Exhibited into the Registers Office in Lancaster County on or before the thirtieth day of December next and the Same Goods Chattels & Credits of the Said Deceased at the time of his Death or which at any time after Shal come to the hands or possession of the Said Barbara or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for her Do well & truly administer according to Law and further do make or Cause to be made a true & just acct. of the Said Administration at or before the thirtieth day of Novembr which will be in the year of our Lord 1743 And all the rest and residue of the Said Goods Chattels and Credits which Shal be found remaining on the Said Administrators acct. (the Same being first Examined and Allowed by the Orphans Court of the Said County) Shall Deliver and pay to Such person or persons Respectively as the Said Court by its Decree or Sentence Shal Limit & Appoint And if it Shal hereafter appear that any Last will & Testament was made by the Said Deceased And the Executors or Executor therein named Do Exhibit the Same into the Registers office making Request to have it allowed Accordingly if the Said Barbara Griner being thereto Required Do render and Deliver up the Said Letters of Administration Approbation of Such Testament being first had & made in the Said Office then this Obligation to be Void or Else to remain in force & Virtue.
