These images were photographed from the original church books at the protestant parish of Reichensachsen, Hesse, Germany. These records are for the immediate family of Johannes Böttner (1779 - 1847) and his wife Anna Dorothea Wagner (1785 - 1836). Three of their children and families immigrated to the United States between 1847 and 1849.
